Gramophone

Musical Director - Gramophone

Zhenya is the Musical Director of the Gramofon project, leading its musical vision from concept to performance. He was responsible for digitalising hand-written scores, creating piano arrangements, and preparing all performance materials. Within the project, he also served as vocal coach and rehearsal pianist, guiding performers in both musical precision and interpretation.

He performed live as part of a trio (piano, clarinet, and violin) and took part in the studio recording of the music written by Evgeny Kissin.

Rehearsal Pianist – To Be Marlene Dietrich

Zhenya worked as Rehearsal Pianist for To Be Marlene Dietrich, contributing extensively to the musical preparation of the production. He transcribed music by ear and created piano reductions of songs directly from recordings, preparing practical materials for rehearsals and performance. Through his work at the piano, he supported singers and actors in developing musical accuracy, stylistic understanding, and stage confidence throughout the rehearsal process.

Winter's Magic

Composer & Sound Designer – Winter’s Magic

Winter’s Magic is where Zhenya truly shines as a composer. He composed the complete soundtrack for this Christmas children’s performance, built around a theme and variations on the traditional carol Silent Night.

Using DAW software, he produced a fully realised soundtrack incorporating sound design and atmospheric effects, creating an immersive musical environment that enhanced the storytelling and festive spirit of the production.
